Exchange or Refund:
Damage replacement or refund:
- Product that is damaged upon receiving, entitles for a full money back or replacement within 30 days upon receiving the product.
- Always contact the customer care for replacement or refund.
- If there is a need to recall the product, customer has to pay the shipping back cost, and no refund will be send before receiving the damaged item.
- Customer may have to keep the damaged item for at least 30 days.
- After 30 days of the guarantee period, no replace and refund will be granted
Non-damaged replacement or non-satisfied product:
- Contact the customer service first.
- Questions will be asked regarding to the items.
- Non-damaged or non-satisfied product will be refunded on the purchased price; shipping and handling is not refundable for non-damaged product.
